Process

DEVELOP STAKEHOLDER GOALS

Once a project is identified we facilitate a conversation with all relevant stakeholders to articulate goals and generate ideas.  Coming with an outside perspective we find that we are able to listen to and synthesize information into a form that groups of people, with different perspectives and needs, can discuss and eventually agree on.  The creation of specific, well articulated, goals is the most important step in the Master Planning Process.

CREATE ACTIONABLE MASTER PLAN

After goals have been articulated the master planning process can begin.  During this process we continue to engage the community, inciting additional feedback with each draft design.  After several iterations we create a final design that all stakeholders can agree upon.  The final stage of the design process is breaking the Master Plan into well defined actionable phases that that can be used for engaging corporate donors.  Project partners are identified and assigned to various phases.

CONNECT WITH DONORS

Donors can review projects and engage with phases that resonate with their core values or interests.  Tax deductible donations are channeled through the Institute of Ecological Design to connect partners for specific project phases.

PROVIDE ONGOING OVERSIGHT

We provide ongoing oversight of the implementation process to ensure effective and efficient operation of build out and programs.  Project partners provide regular reports on progress directly to Corporate Donors.  At the time of project completion a final report is generated detailing the entire project scope.
